Print and fill out the Order Form. Please fill in all the information for each blanket. Correct blanket identification is crucial to matching service and owner to each of your blankets. We use a custom tagging system to track your blanket through all services and back to you. After you have filled out the form, call us and we will pickup your blanket at your barn (fees for travel will be determined by distance and number of blankets).
